2018 Delaware County Excellence in Teaching Awards

Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and the Delaware County Daily Times are happy to announce this year’s recipients of the Delaware County Excellence in Teaching Award. Outstanding educators are nominated by peers, students, parents, family, etc. A panel of Education professionals selected one teacher from each of the Delaware County School Districts, the Delaware County Intermediate Unit, and one each from a private elementary, middle, and high school. Each awardee will receive $500, a commemorative plaque, and $1,000 for their school.

These teachers will be recognized at the annual Partners in Education Celebration, April 19, 2018. Click here for ticket information.

Anyone can nominate a deserving teacher for the annual Delaware County Excellence in Teaching Award. The 2019 nomination period begins September 10, 2018 and runs through January 4, 2019. Check back for details.
