Springfield, PA – November 15, 2024 – FMFCU Foundation hosted its inaugural Bowl for Bright Futures Classic, a fun and family-friendly bowling event aimed at raising funds for scholarships benefiting local students. The event took place at Sproul Lanes in Springfield, PA, and brought together families, FMFCU employees, and community partners for an evening of bowling and philanthropy.
The Bowl for Bright Futures Classic was not just about strikes and spares but also about making a real difference in the educational futures of local students. All funds raised from the event will go directly to the FMFCU Foundation Scholarship Fund, which donates over $27,000 annually to support students.
Scholarships included in the fund are:
- John D. Unangst Memorial Scholarship
- Bridge to Success Scholarship
- Delco Hi-Q Scholarship
- Delaware County Community College Scholarship
